we offer a professional repair services for the equipment of the above manufacturers, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Such repairs are made by service technicians, who completed appropriate training organised by the manufacturers’ European service centres, with the use of appropriate tools, diagnostic software and technical documentation provided by the above printing equipment manufacturers. All this is to guarantee that service is performed at the highest level with full satisfaction of our customers. We also repair post-warranty equipment, but before we make a repair, we inform the customer about the costs.

Service contract

By signing a contract with us you get comprehensive service support for your equipment. We guarantee that your equipment will be in excellent technical condition. We guarantee that every device covered by a service contract will be in working order. The price fixed in the contract for “copies/printouts” you make includes all costs related to the device servicing. A service contract enables accounting for copies/printouts made in a monthly cycle, the duration of a contract varies from 12 to 48 months depending on an option chosen by the customer.
